These terms apply when you buy from BottleO through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Our juice
Our juices are cold-pressed fresh and contain no added sugar, no added water and no preservatives. Fruit and vegetables contain natural sugars. Every bottle lists its ingredients and shows its pressed and drink-by dates. Keep bottles refrigerated at 0–4 °C and drink by the date on the label. Our juices are food, not medicine: they are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If you have allergies, are pregnant or have a medical condition, check the ingredients and ask your doctor.
Orders and prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise. We may change prices and products; the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order we cannot fulfil (for example a delivery area we do not serve or a flavour that sells out), and refund any payment in full.
Delivery and pick-up
You choose a delivery or pick-up day at checkout. We deliver to the areas listed at checkout. Please make sure someone can receive the bottles or that they can be left safely; perishable bottles left at your request are your responsibility once delivered. See our Delivery policy for details.
The weekly box
A weekly box is a repeating order: 6, 12 or 18 bottles, every week or every two weeks, on the days you choose. You pay for your first box at checkout. Before each later box we email you a secure payment link; a box is pressed only after it is paid. Nothing is charged automatically. You can change your bottles or days, skip a box, pause or cancel in My account. Changes for a given week close at 8 pm on the Sunday before it. Box discounts apply while your box is active.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Pay on delivery (UPI or cash) may be offered where available.
Refunds
See our Refund and cancellation policy.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
