BottleO (“we”) presses and delivers cold-pressed juice in Bengaluru. This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your order details — name, mobile number, email, delivery address and pincode, delivery day and anything you write in the delivery note.
- Your account — if you create one: your login email and password (stored encrypted), past orders and your weekly box settings.
- Payments — card and UPI details are entered on Razorpay’s secure page and never reach or stay on our servers. We only see whether a payment succeeded and its reference number.
- The Monday menu — your email, if you sign up.
- Basic technical data — cookies that keep your bag and login working.
How we use it
To press, pack and deliver your order; to contact you about it; to run your weekly box (including emailing a payment link before each box); to answer your questions; and — only if you signed up — to send the Monday menu. We do not sell your data.
Who we share it with
Only the people and services needed to get your juice to you: our delivery staff (name, phone, address, delivery note), our payment provider Razorpay, and the companies that host this website and send our emails. Each of them may use it only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts and tax. You can close your account at any time; sign-ups can unsubscribe from any email.
Your choices
You can see and change your details in My account, and ask us to correct or delete your data — contact us and we will reply within 30 days.
